Our AC went out on us during a very warm August day and despite it getting seasonal maintenance through a service agreement with another, well-known local company. This company was contacted, evaluated the problem, and gave us a price that made our hearts sink. I was encouraged to seek a second opinion by a friend of mine, and was pointed towards Comfort Airworks. Despite the approaching evening, Cody was at our house in no time and set to work. He diagnosed the problem with our AC gave us a reasonable price, with an itemized explanation of how he arrived at this price with the costs of labor, parts, and coolant. This was a stark contrast to the experience with the other local company. It also highlighted the suspect way their price was inflated. Comfort Airworks had our AC up and running by a little after noon the next day. Cody is a very gregarious professional who communicated with me every step of the way. I plan on giving him all of my heating and air business in the future and cannot recommend this company highly enough after such a great experience.

I totally recommend Cody to anyone needing heat & air repair. He was very personable, polite, efficient and affordable. Our air conditioner went out on a very hot weekend and he was here to address the problem within 2 hours. He also walked me through everything he inspected and repaired with great explanation. He will be our new HVAC man going forward.
